In other news, Debian Hurd just shipped.

No, really.

It’s 32bit only, and running on Qemu, it’s dreadfully slow.  But it’s mach, and I more or less covered this a long long time ago.

It really needs 512MB of ram, which seemed a little crazy to me.  But by the time it came up to partitioning and formatting in ext2fs, I kind of gave up.
